Go to
Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Administrative Tools.
Double-click
Local Security Policy.
In the Local Security Policy dialog Security Settings pane, expand
Local Policies and click
User Rights Assignment.
In the right pane, double-click
Log on as a service.
The Log on as a service Properties dialog
opens.
Click
Add User or Group.
In the Select Users, Computers, Service Accounts, or Groups
dialog, add the same credentials that you added as a
Log on as a
service user on the Application Server.
Click
OK.
Click
OK to close the Log on as a service Properties
dialog and then close the Local Security Policy dialog.
